Can I skip a month?
We encourage you to keep the orders coming… build that collection! But we understand if you need to scale it back. If you would like to change the frequency of your orders, please email wineclub@durohospitality.com.
When can I come get my wine?
Your box is available for pickup on the 1st day of every month.
What if I can’t pick up on the 1st Sunday of the month?
Your box will be held for 30 days.
What if I really like something in the box?
We are so happy you like it! If there is something that you like, we will try and get you more! Some of these wines are highly allocated, but if we can get you more, we will!
